Moi university Dons shame CLE in Relation to ‘School of Law’s’ Reinstatement Bungled Case.

It is with no doubt the council of legal education in Kenya is going personal in relation to Moi University School of Law reinstatement.

Despite the fact that the president has written to the council and a top up of a court order to re-open the institutions school of law.

The council which is is rumored to illegally in office after their 3 year term expired has remained adamant to the calls.

On April 4th, Moi University won a case against the councils ruling that the institution was not equipped enough to offer law degrees.

However, the council has not yet cancelled the closure directive which is now prompting the University administration to threaten a contempt of court sue of the Council.

Celebrations were high in Kenya’s high court the moment the high court ruled on the case in favor of the high flying institution.

Moi University is in no doubt the best institution when it comes to professional courses in medicine, engineering, journalism amongst other genres.

To top up on the institutions support, the parliamentary committee on education has summoned the council to answer on the queries.

However, Moi University remains steadfast in offering students their best in relation to the courses they offer.
